The Late Harvest is a full-bodied sweet white wine made from grapes harvested early in the morning, pressed gently, and fermented at a low temperature to preserve the grape's sweet aromas. It was aged for 6 months in American oak barrels and has fresh crisp flavors of glazed pear, peach pineapple, dried apricot and honey.
