Absolutely! Gifts are one of our favorite things to give and receive, too. Check out the "Gifts" page for details.

How much wine is available for purchase?
If you’re a part of the wine club, your curated box of 6 bottles or case of 12 bottles will be hand selected for you. If you’re interested in purchasing more you can certainly do that through your member portal. The bottles we source for our club are in limited supply. But never fear! If we happen to run out of one of your favorites, we’re sure to have another bottle you’ll love.
Are these wines available at a store near me?
Israeli Good does not have any retail locations (except the Winery which is open by appointment only). You might find a few labels of the wines we feature at a local store, but the majority of our wines are sourced directly from our partner vineyards in Israel and delivered directly to our Members and Guests.
Do you have your own vineyard?
Not yet! Currently, we source wines from the best vineyards in Israel as well as partner with specific producers and vintners to craft exceptional wines exclusive to Israeli Good Wine.
Where are Israeli Good wines sourced?
We’re proud to say that all of our wines are sourced from vineyards all over Israel. We work directly with vineyard owners in Israel and wine experts in the United States to bring you the best wine—both curated and exclusively crafted for our Members.
Does Israeli Good sell anything other than wine?
Wine is just one of the many amazing products produced by the State of Israel. We have plans up our sleeves to share other incredible things such as olive oil and honey in the future, so stay tuned!
Can I visit the winery?
The winery is open by appointment only. To see about stopping by our place in Texas, send a note to our Member Experience Team to connect.
Are all of your wines kosher?
Not at all! We have a variety of wines from Israel—some kosher and some non-kosher. All kosher wines will be labeled as such on the wine bottle or on the tasting card included in your box.
What does “kosher wine” even mean?
In Jewish tradition, wine is considered a holy beverage and is referred to as “kosher”. At its most basic level, a kosher wine is handled only by strictly Sabbath-observant Jews. Kosher wines also must not contain any products, such as unauthorized yeasts or non-kosher conventional ingredients, in the wine itself or in the winemaking process. Most of the kosher wineries in Israel certify their wine as kosher and do this by observing one or both methods: either the wine can only be handled in the cellar by Sabbath-observant Jews, and/or the wine is “mevushal” or flash pasteurized to a temperature that meets the requirements of an overseeing rabbinical authority.
But wait, I heard from someone that kosher wine doesn’t taste good?
Just like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, taste is in the mouth of the… Well, you get the idea! Here’s the deal, there are good wines and bad wines no matter where the wine is from. But we promise, we’re only sending you the very best wine! Each bottle we send out has passed the taste tests from both our Israeli Good team and our partner Sommeliers and wine experts. We think you’re going to be pleased with each bottle you try, but if for some reason you’re not, let our Member Experience Team know and they’ll help you out!
What are the membership options?

Our current memberships are available as a stand-alone annual Membership or combined with quarterly options for 6-bottle boxes or 12-bottle cases. All of the juicy details about the Club can be found on our "How it Works" page.

If you select the quarterly membership for the 6-bottle box, your membership will continue to renew every 3 months and you will be charged a range between $179-219/box depending on the availability and selection of wines that particular quarter. If you select the quarterly membership for the 12-bottle case, your membership will continue to renew every 3 months and you will be charged a range between $358-438/case depending on the availability and selection of wines that particular quarter. The 12-bottle case is double the wine in the box (i.e. two bottles each of six different wines).

You can find out all of the ins and outs of the membership options and why it pays to become a member on the "How It Works" page.

What is included with my Israeli Good membership?
We love that membership has its perks! Each season, you will receive a curated box containing either 6 bottles or a case with 12 bottles of perfectly crafted wine. There is detailed information about each wine, a featured wine each quarter, and invitations for you to invite others to your table to share. In addition to the quarterly subscription, there are lots of ways that our Members get to experience the best that Israel has to offer including access to exclusive wines, an ease to discovering new wines, engagement with the people and the land of Israel, and exploration into knowledge and new experiences. To learn all of the nuts and bolts of what our Membership has to offer, check out the "How It Works" page.
When does my membership renew?

When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your annual Membership fee ($32) and either the first quarter of your box or case subscription. Your membership will renew on the 7th day of the month of the quarter. For instance, if you begin your subscription in May, you will be charged for your next quarter on August 7th and will receive your second shipment that month.

You will receive an email 5-7 days before you are charged to remind you of the upcoming renewal and other details about your upcoming box. Your membership automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date.

Shipments are made each week for new orders and between the 10th and 15th of the month for recurring orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
How do I skip, make changes, or cancel my membership?
You can make any changes to your membership—including changing your shipping address, skipping a box, or canceling your membership by signing into your Member Portal via our homepage and editing your profile.

Note that if you make any changes after your billing date, they will not apply to the upcoming box, but will take effect for the next billing date.

If you have any questions, contact our Member Experience Team at hello@israeligoodwine.com.

I just ordered! When will my wine arrive?
Congratulations! We’re excited for you to try our wine! The first shipments of wine are scheduled to leave Israeli Good in early June. Orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. Quarterly shipments are sent on a rolling three-month basis from the time you enrolled, with most shipments being sent in March, June, September, and November.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
At this time, we are only able to ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. With that said, we’re expanding quickly! If you’re in a State we don’t yet ship to and want to know more, let us know and we’ll keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Cost will vary based on your purchase quantity and the time of year. We do our best to keep shipping costs as minimal as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you select ground shipping, 7-12 business days.
How do you ship wine?
UPS.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Receiving your shipment will require an adult signature by someone 21 years of age or older. Sadly, UPS cannot leave the wine on your doorstep. To limit any delay in receiving your shipment and to ensure your wine is properly handled, you can schedule the arrival time, opt to have your wine shipped to a business location, or ship it to a UPS Office location.
What happens if I miss the first delivery attempt?

If for some reason you miss your delivery, contact UPS at 1-866-742-5877 (1-866-PICK-UPS®). UPS should attempt to deliver on two more occasions. After three failed delivery attempts, UPS will ship your order back to our winery in Texas.

You can also have the package rerouted to the nearest UPS holding center and pick it up at your convenience. Please be advised that these distribution centers are not conditioned. During the summer months or in warmer climates, your Israeli Good wine is particularly susceptible to heat damage if left in an unconditioned space for extended periods of time. Please contact our Member Experience Team for more details.

What happens if my order is returned to the winery?
If your order is shipped back to our winery, our Member Experience Team will send you an email to let you know. At that point, you have 5 days to respond if you’d like us to reship your wine (for a reduced shipping rate of $14), or if you’d like to return the wine for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee.
How can I change my shipping information?
Simple! Log in to your Member Portal via our homepage and update your profile.
Can I return my purchases and get a refund?
Exchange? Yes. Refund? Not exactly. If for any reason you are unhappy with our wines or our services, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
What is the cancellation policy for your club membership?
We know life happens and things change. If for some reason you need to cancel your Membership, drop us a line and we’ll gladly walk you through the steps to cancellation process. The process is easy and stress-free.
My shipment is damaged. What do I do?
Oh no! We are sorry and definitely want to know. Reach out to the Member Experience Team as soon as possible and we will make it right. We’ll likely ask you for a picture so we can share it with our shipper; so, thanks in advance for your help with that!
Do adverse climates negatively impact my wine in transit?
The short answer is, yes it can. However, it’s a high priority for us to make your experience perfect, so we take all the care to store the wine properly and ship it with care. Sometimes, during the summer months, we use a proprietary cold chain shipping process (read: procedure involving refrigerated trucks) to protect your wine up until the last mile. Because we care about the quality of the wine, we reserve the right to temporarily pause shipping in certain regions when extreme weather events prevent us from being able to ensure delivery of a quality product.
Can I recycle the packaging?
We love protecting the earth! We use corrugated boxes and molded pulp shipping inserts, which are both recyclable and promote sustainability. We encourage Israeli Good Members to reuse and recycle your shipping boxes once unpacked!
