Satisfaction Guarantee

Israeli Good Wine and 32 Parallel strives to offer an excellent experience for our Members. Returns and cancellations increase the cost of importing and sharing quality Israeli wine to your doorstep and ultimately increase the price of the wines by an exponential amount. However, we want you to LOVE each of the wines you receive from Israeli Good Wine. 

Here is our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
You may cancel an order for a 100% refund if you make such request within 48 hours of the order date and the order has not shipped.  

If you receive a broken or leaking bottle(s), please contact the Member Experience Team within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the order. Israeli Good Wine will: (i) ship a replacement(s) of equal value to you; or (ii) give you an equal amount of store credit to be redeemed in on our retail site on any bottle within the club quarterly shipment. In the case of a Shabbat Box we will (i) ship a replacement(s) of equal value to you; or (ii) provide a refund or credit of the amounts paid.  

If you believe you received a defective bottle, please contact the Member Experience Team within seventy-five (75) days from the date of receiving the order. Israeli Good Wine will (i) ship to you equal value replacement(s); or provide a credit of the amounts paid. Defective means it’s flawed or corked; not “I don’t like it.” 

If you are not satisfied with an Israeli Good Wine, you may contact the Member Experience Team within seventy-five (75) days from the date of receiving the order for an equal value of credit to be redeemed in our retail site for the amount paid (less applicable shipping charges, taxes and a restocking fee).  

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 

CANCELLATION OR SKIPPING A QUARTER:
You may skip a quarter of your Israeli Good Wine shipment at any time, the option is available in your member portal. 

You can cancel your Israeli Good Wine Membership at any time. Please contact the Member Services Team at hello@israeligoodwine.com or gives us a call at 972-559-4342 to close your Club Membership.
