The Mosaic is the flagship wine of Shiloh Winery, showcasing the excellence of winemaker Amichai Lourie. The label showcases the 3rd-century mosaic found in Shiloh Israel where the tabernacle stood for 396 years in biblical times. Mosaic 2020 was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and is opaque and dark purple in color. It has intense fruit aromas along with coffee beans and cocoa. It has rich tannins and a long elegant finish To keep its outstanding quality, this wine is non-filtered and sediments might appear.
