A dry white wine from the Ramat Negev Oasis Series, this is the first wine of the year produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested in an early manual harvest at the Nitsana vineyard in Kadesh Barnea in the Negev plateau.
The "Autumn" Sauvignon Blanc has flavors of tropical fruit and citrus flavors, an intoxicating aroma and a persistent and pleasant acidity.
