Mount Hermon White was produced from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Sémillon, all grown in the Golan Heights. The high altitude offers a cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and proves to be ideal conditions for growing these classic wine grape varieties. This wine is great for everyday drinking and is refreshing with a pleasant body.
