Cremisan Estate Winery was founded in 1885 by Salesian Italian Priests and it's continued to be passed down since. The name Cremisan comes from the hill where the grapes have been grown since the winery’s beginning. All of the grapes are organically produced and the vines are tended without the use of pesticides and chemicals. In recent years, Cremisan has been working to produce high-quality wine from grapes that are native to Israel. Star of Bethlehem Baladi is made of 100% Baladi grapes, native to the Judean Hills. It is an elegant and unique wine that reflects Israel's terroir in a fresh and memorable way.
