Founded by the Alfasi family, Odem Mountain Winery is Israel’s northernmost winery. At 1,100 meters above sea level, it is tucked away in the heart of an enchanting, secluded oak forest in northern Golan Heights. This dry white blend is produced from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Viognier grapes. It is in the simplicity of this blend, that brings a complex experience.
