In 1882, the Tishbi family first set foot upon the land of Zikhron Ya'akov in Israel, after emigrating from Lithuania. They were among the first Jewish settlers to cultivate the earth with vineyards in the now-famous area, and thus began the close and harmonious bond between the Tishbi family and the earth and vineyards they planted and nurtured. Tishbi Winery was started in 1984 by Jonathan Tishbi and today is a full family affair.
