The grapes in the Adama Gewürztraminer came a long way to Tabor Winery in the Upper Galilee. This white wine is off-dry produced with grapes from selected vineyards grown in the Negev Dessert. It is refined and refreshing and gives a beautiful bouquet of tropical fruits and flowers. It truly shows off how the hot days and cool nights of the Negev help to produce well-rounded, complex, and enjoyable white wines. It is perfect to go along with your spicy winter soups.
