Tabor Winery is located in Tabor village in the Galilee Mountains. The Eco Red blend is made from grapes grown in Tabor's ecological vineyards. The vineyards are some of the most exemplary plots of land Tabor gathers grapes from in the Upper Galilee and Golan Heights. Each field is cultivated with meticulous care and strict sustainable practices and preservation conditions. The result is rich soil that brings flavorful grapes with minimal grower involvement. ECO Red was aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels.
