Psagot is located in the hills of Binyamin overlooking Jerusalem. The winery is a continuation of wine production dating back thousands of years in the area. The Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer grapes in Sinai White were picked and fermented separately before blending. The result is a light and elegant wine with aromas of tropical fruit and pears.
