Psagot is located in the hills of Binyamin overlooking Jerusalem. The winery is a continuation of wine production dating back thousands of years in the area. The grapes in the Sinai blend were manually picked at 900 meters above sea level and aged in French oak for 6 months. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Syrah, Petit Verdot. This wine is fruity and smooth with aromas of baking spices and plum.
