The grapes for Amuka Blanc are grown 830 meters above sea level in select vineyards on Mount Meron in the upper Galilee. The Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes are selected to reflect the unique terroir of the region and to bring a refreshing and approachable white wine. Amuka Blanc reflects the name of its label well, meaning deep and profound. The bouquet is complex with aromas of citrus blossoms, grapefruit, and white stone fruit.
