The Alfasi family founded Odem Mountain Winery, Israel’s northernmost winery as a legacy and a passion. At 1,100 meters above sea level, the winery is tucked away in the heart of an enchanting, secluded oak forest, overlooked by Mount Hermon, where snowfall happens each winter. With wine of uncompromising quality, Odem Mountain tells the story of a loving family creating wine in a rugged, yet beautiful place. The Odem Nebbiolo Reserve was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It is complex and shows off the quality of the grapes that were used to make the wine and has promise for aging.
