Nana Estate Winery was named after founder Eran Raz, known as "Nana." The first grapes were planted in 2007 after the Raz family moved to Mitzpe Ramon because of their love for the desert. The winery began full production in 2014 with Chenin Blanc as one of the main varieties. The 2019 Chenin Blanc was handpicked in the cool temperatures of the Negev night and deeply reflects the desert terroir. It is a medium-bodied wine with pleasant acidity, sweet aromas, good minerality, and a medium finish.
