Nana Estate Winery was named after founder Eran Raz, known as "Nana." The 2019 Cassiopeia is made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah grapes that were hand-harvested as small clusters of fruit late in the season. A portion of the grapes underwent fermentation as whole clusters to allow for the development of green character and grassy tannins. The wine was aged for 14 months in mostly new French oak barrels.
