Grown on the foothills of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee in unique soil composed of volcanic rock, limestone, and terra rossa Terrace is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Cabernet Franc. The unique soil along with the altitude allows for the grapes to mature slowly. Terrace grapes are fermented separately and then blended and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months–giving the wine a deep purple color. It is full-bodied, spiced with red fruit, and a long pleasant finish.
