Grown on the foothills of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee in unique soil composed of volcanic rock, limestone, and terra rossa The grapes are grown in an area close to the village of Sifsaf which means in Aramaic a region where fruit matures late in the season. This Pinot Grigio was made from the "free run" or the first juice to flow from the grapes resulting in a wine that is greenish-straw colored and has a mineral, full and balanced mouthfeel.
