Mount Hermon Red was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a hint of Cabernet Franc, all grown in the Golan Heights. The high altitude offers a cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and proves to be ideal conditions for growing this classic wine grape varieties that offers flavors of ripe berries and dark cherry with hints of Mediterranean herbs, chocolate and orange zest.
This wine is ready to enjoy now, however Mount Hermon Red will remain in excellent drinking condition for some three years from the vintage.
