Located next door to the Valley of Elah, best known as where David killed Goliath and the winery's namesake, sits Ella Valley Winery. Established in 1998 as an estate winery, where all of the wine production comes from grapes grown in vineyards owned exclusively by the winery, Ella Valley desires to make the region known again for what it was known for during the time of David: wine. The Ever Red is a wine that brings to life a terroir that was regarded as unique long ago and shows its relevance today. It is well-balanced and has a nice long finish.
