Cremisan Estate Winery was founded in 1885 by Salesian Italian Priests and it's continued to be passed down since. The name Cremisan comes from the hill where the grapes have been grown since the winery’s beginning. All of the grapes are organically produced and the vines are tendedwithout the use of pesticides and chemicals. In recent years, Cremisan has been working to produce high-quality wine from grapes that are native to Israel. Star of Bethlehem White is made of some of these varieties with aromas of green apple, pear, and peach; all reflecting the depth of the region where the grapes are grown.
