At Tulip Winery the winemaker chose to take high quality Syrah grapes from the northernmost vineyards in Kfar Yuval, characterized with Terra Rosa type of soil, and then to add 5% Petit Verdot to the final blend in order to create a robust, exciting French-style wine that was aged in barrels for a lengthy period of time. This wine has a deep and dense purple-burgundy color, with prominent aromas of black fruits, vanilla and caramel.
