The Carmel 4 Vats series is based on Mediterranean grape varieties, which are exceptionally well suited to grow in Israel's climate. A blend of the blend is 38% Caladoc, 24% Carignan, 18% Argeman, 8% Grenache, 6% Petit Verdot, and 6% Shiraz Aged for 8 months in large 5,000-liter oak foudres which added to the complexity of the wine, whilst retaining a fruity, spicy character.
