This wine is made from 100% Shiraz grapes grown in the vineyard of Ramat Naphtali located 650 meters above sea level in the Kedesh Valley. Enclosed on three sides, the valley features rich, fertile terra rossa soil and a cool climate during ripening. To accompany these ideal conditions, Stratus was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. As its name would guide you to believe, it is perfect for the changing of the seasonswith a full-bodied long and powerful finish that could be well enjoyed at a dinner next to a roaring fire.
