La Forêt Blanche Talpiot White is made up of 88% Roussanne and 12% Chenin Blanc. It was created to reflect the vast range of temperatures the grapes have each day in the climate they are grown in right next to the Negev desert. The temperatures variation is sometimes up to 40 degrees between the morning and afternoon. It brings forth both nutty and fruity flavors that will be appreciated by novice and wine conisuor alike.
